Rachel Radford began her career in 2005 and since has experienced many facets of the industry. She has built a loyal following behind the chair, assisted on dozens of shows backstage at NYFW next to top talent in the industry, taught many technical classes, coached other salon professionals, and opened Ceremony Salon in 2012., her labor of love, Her home away from home. Her skill and vision keeps her in high demand.
Currently, she cannot take on new clients, but is more than happy to meet with you to place you with the right stylist at Ceremony for you and your needs.
When she is not behind the chair or mentoring other stylists, she is busy having dance parties with her kids or enjoying a glass of wine (or two.) Rachel specializes in razor cutting and styling hair for special events. She draws inspiration from pop culture, nature, and her clients.
Kaeli will easily become your favorite, with her coy smile and devotion to her craft. She knows that a good hair day means the world, and continually draws inspiration from her southern roots and rock-n-roll culture. Bangs and texture are her favorite, along with laid back styling and soft colors.
Becoming a Hairstylist wasn’t always on Rori’s radar, but when they joined Ceremony’s front desk team in 2012, they realized that doing someone’s hair can mean much more that just that. They know it can mean changing someone’s feelings about themselves, helping folks feel great in their own skin and express their true self outwardly. Rori has had advanced training in painting and balayage techniques, color formulation, and haircutting and continues to grow their skill set with ongoing education. When not doing hair, Rori can be found enjoying the outdoors and petting cats.
Tanzi has been pampering hands and feet for over a decade. Her holistic approach to manicures and pedicures, and her dedication to keeping nails healthy has gained her a very loyal following. She creates a soothing environment with essential oils, candles and low lighting while performing her sevices. Tanzi has also created the skin care line Brown Boheme with natural ingredients that she uses in all of her manicures and pedicures.
Amber's affection for the unconventional has gained her a loyal following. She has a way of making folks not only look great, but feel great. A true Aquarius, her compassion for the feelings of others makes her a great hair stylist as she knows it’s not all about the hair, it’s about the vibes. She specializes in curls and texture, precision cuts, color melting and vivids.

LIndsey grew up in a salon, watching and learning from her Mother, who was also a hair stylist. She started her own career behind the chair in 2010, learning many techniques along the way. She takes pride her her dedication to continually learning new skills and trends in hair cutting and coloring. Lindsey is know for her natural looking hair painting technique, which leaves the hair in top condition and looking like you were born with it. When not in the salon, she is kept busy chasing her young daughter.
Kathryn has been in the hair industry since 2011. Shortly after completing her initial training in Massachusetts, she and her husband moved to North Carolina. You can feel Kathryn’s passion and creativity the moment you sit in her chair. She not only wants you to look fantastic, she wants you to truly feel like your absolute best self. Hairdressing is not just about the hair for Kathryn, it’s about the entire experience and it’s the reason you’ll tell your friends about her. Kathryn achieved her Master Color Expert accreditation with Wella in 2019, after a rigorous educational journey. She is very passionate about educating her clients as well as her fellow stylists. In making sure that she is at the top of her game, Kathryn has taken quite a few advanced classes in editorial styling, hair painting, razor cutting and many more.
Kathryn’s specialties include natural and dimensional color, hand-painted highlighting, colormelting and balayage. She also loves cutting bobs and creating relaxed, lived-in textured styles. Kathryn also specializes in extensions to create fullness and length as well as to enhance color. She lives for collaborating with her clients to create what is really going to make them feel like their most authentic self, and she has fun getting there.
Justine is North Carolina native with 8 years experience and a tremendous passion for color. She draws inspiration through her love of travel and is dedicated to staying inspired so she can deliver thoughtful work to her clients. She has achieved her Master Color Expert accreditation with Wella in 2019, assisted and learned from hair painting pioneers Whittemore House, and has had participated in many other cutting, coloring and styling classes. with top educators in the industry. Justine’s cheerful spirit and love of her craft and life will have you hooked.
Sydney’s passion for her craft is evident in her work. “Creating a masterpiece with every client in my chair is not only rewarding but my passion. I aspire to make every individual feel beautiful and confident in their own skin”. Sydney enjoys working with long hair, keeping it healthy and beautiful. She specialized in dimensional blondes and hair extensions. Sydney is also a talented make-up artist and has worked on many brides and their besties.
Staci has worked in hair and makeup for two decades and brings that expertise to every client that sits in her chair. She started working as a hairdresser at 18 years old and has seen a lot of styles come and go, and has loved watching and keeping up wit the changes. She first worked for a Paul Mitchell focused salon in 2000 and enjoyed working back stage with their educators. From there she decided to branch out and grow her talents in makeup artistry. After completing her education in make-up artistry, she started working for Disney Resort salons in Orlando, FL. Where she styled dozens of brides and their parties. Staci joined Ceremony Salon in 2018 and shares her skills and knowledge with all of us as well as her clients. She specializes in color corrections, haircutting and specialty make-up.

Carie has been in the business of beauty and self care since 2009. She grew up watching her Mother, who owned a salon, and became fascinated with the fact that hairdressers are making people feel good, not only look good. She has had advanced education in color theory and haircutting and has developed her own style of hair painting which creates, natural, soft looks.
Carie’s appreciates the classics and subtle details that enhance her client’s features, personality, and confidence.

After having a hand in two other careers, Caitlin has found her passion in hair. She has a background in education and design which is the reason behind her excellent communication with her clients, and her eye for detail. She has had advanced training in cutting and coloring, and specializes in textured, lived in razor cuts and soft, hand painted highlights. When she isn’t in the salon, she loves to travel across the country to see her favorite musicians.
Liz comes to us fresh from San Diego with 11 years experience behind the chair. She is ready to show Chapel Hill her know-how with curls, blondes and easy going cuts. She loves to provide a cut that fits her clients’ lifestyle and encourage their natural texture. Liz is a beach lover, and feels that everyone should be a little blonde…. just a little.
Gabbi is our amazing Apprentice. She became a hairstylist because she has always had the spirit of an artist and wanted a career in which she could express herself. She enjoys the opportunity to enhance her client’s natural beauty and help them express their individuality. Gabbi enjoys giving short, textured haircuts, fades and beards, classic bobs, and hipster shags. When not in the salon is she a cool mom to her toddler, who looks just like her.

Marcella is originally from Los Angeles, and has fallen in love with North Carolina. She enjoys working with her hands, whether it is painting, cooking, or working with hair. She draws inspiration from everyday glamour, artifice, old hollywood, kitsch, valley of the dolls, Tammy Faye Bakker. Marcella specializes in editorial, low maintenance hair, Vintage Hair, formal hair, reds, and brunettes. When Marcella isn't behind the chair, you can find her working on editorial shoots with local creatives.

Kaylie is a North Carolina native, and started doing hair in 2012 and loves that the industry is always changing, which inspires learning and growth. As a mother, she understands the importance of self-care and easy to maintain haircuts and colors.
