Hi! I'm Salem. I started doing DIY cuts and color for friends in our bathrooms in 2010, then left the US and went to study linguistics and nationalism for a few years, then came back around to hair. Now, I am apprenticing at Ceremony to build my technical skills and elevate my craft. Bring me your pixies! Your long layers! Your formal, geometric styles and your sloppy, punky messes! My emphasis in the chair is on communication and detail — I work to bridge each client's vision and needs with their specific head of hair. My goal is always creating hair that makes you excited and that works for how you exist in the world.
