CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If multiple last minute cancellations or no-shows occur, you will be required to pay for your missed service(s) prior to rebooking with us.

A deposit is required for creative color or corrective color appointments, or any appointment over 3 hours. We will require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive this notification, your deposit will not be refunded. These services usually require many hours and we respect our stylists time.

RETURNS & ADJUSTMENTS

If you wish to have an adjustment on your service, you have 7 days to call us for an appointment to do so. All service sales are final and that payment must be rendered before leaving the salon.
Product returns are for store credit only and must be unused when returned. We are unable to give refunds on Gift Cards.

PLEASE NOTE: Ceremony Salon is not responsible for lost items or damaged clothing. Hair color can be messy, so we recommend to dress accordingly. We take every precaution possible to avoid staining clothing, however accidents may happen. We have client robes that you may change into if you are wearing something that you are worried about getting hair color on.
