If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance. No-shows or multiple last minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for any future appointments.
Any color appointment over 3 hours requires a deposit of $100 and will require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive this notification, your deposit will not be refunded.

RETURNS & ADJUSTMENTS
If you wish to have an adjustment on your service, you have 7 days to call for an appointment to do so with the original service provider. Any adjustment should be made within that week as the cut/color will change with time. Product returns are for store credit only and must be unused when returned. We are unable to give refunds on Gift Cards. All service sales are final and that payment must be rendered before leaving the salon.

PLEASE NOTE: Ceremony Salon is not responsible for lost items or damaged clothing. Hair color can be messy, so we recommend to dress accordingly. We take every precaution possible to avoid staining clothing, however accidents may happen. We have client robes that you may change into if you are wearing something that you are worried about getting hair color on.
